    <summary>I am researching the Charles M Pelot and Joseph Ford Pelot family of Abbeville, SC who had a plantation called Whitlich. Joseph F Pelot, presumably the son of Charles M Pelot, is listed with 3 mulatto slaves in 1850. I am trying to trace those 3 slaves. Judy</summary>
